As a Certified Public Accountant with a PhD in Social Work, Judy is uniquely prepared to provide review services related to research and social service contracts.  She has been a contract researcher with the Florida State University, College of Medicine, Center for Behavioral Health Integration. In addition, she has provided consulting services to the Florida Department of Children and Families under the direction of the Deputy Secretary.
